When you buy products from Walter H. Jelly (WHJ), you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. Any conversations (verbal or written) about terms and conditions outside of this website are not binding.
Set Up and Payment: You guarantee that you are giving accurate credit card information and that your credit card company will honor the charges you make, including all applicable taxes. WHJ does not keep Buyer credit card information after the transaction has been completed.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Walter H Jelly and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to a Buyer’s violation of these Terms & Conditions or use of this Site.
Refund Policy: You may return unopened product within 15 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the product is still in its original packaging and in excellent, re-sellable condition. Opened products must receive a return authorization prior to returning.
Full credit for returned products will be issued only if items are not damaged in return transit. Refunds for the original purchase price will be made by credit card. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please direct any questions regarding a return to sales@walterjelly.com.

Claims: All claims of whatever nature should be made immediately after receipt of and inspection of the goods.
Seller Information: By acceptance of a WHJ invoice and the accompanying terms and conditions, the buyer understands that all good hereon are for resale either intact or as ingredients/packaging of goods produced or manufactured by the buyer of WHJ products.
The State of Illinois collects a sales tax from WHJ on all items the company sells, and WHJ collects appropriate sales tax from all purchasers of its products.
